Yes. Every garment or bundle gets a tag with a QR code. Staff scan it as it moves through washing, ironing, quality check and packing, and the order is marked ready automatically when the last item is done.

Yes. Customers receive a tracking link for each order and can also sign in to the customer portal to see live status, invoices and payments without calling you.

Yes. You can schedule pickups and deliveries by date and time slot, assign riders, and confirm each hand-over with a customer OTP or a photo. Failed visits can be rescheduled with a reason.

Yes. You can add staff with roles and permissions, restrict them to specific branches, and keep attendance, leave and HR records. Every important action is recorded in an activity log.
